Kyle sits down with RCHS Head Coach and RCWC Board Member Wyatt Seep to recap the Richland Center wrestling season. They talk through the highs, the lows, and the growth the program experienced this year.

Coach Seep shares his perspective on how the season unfolded and what steps wrestlers should be taking right now and during the offseason to catch up with the top competition in the area and across the state.

With strong youth numbers, committed coaches, and momentum building throughout the program, Richland Center Wrestling is on the comeback train, and there are a lot of exciting things happening for the future.

Zach is joined by Dan to recap Youth Team State and talk about the future of the RC wrestling program. Dan shares what it’s been like stepping in as a new coach in Richland Center — the good, the bad, and the ugly.

They also discuss shifting the club toward more dual tournaments, look ahead to the Individual State Tournament, and talk about what the offseason should look like for wrestlers. From finding a club to competing in freestyle and Greco and attending summer camps, the focus is on continuing to improve.

The season may end, but the work doesn’t stop.

Kyle and Zach recap the WIAA State Individual Tournament and take a look back at all the big moments from the weekend. From incredible performances to surprising results, the guys break down how things played out on the biggest stage.
