Zach is joined by Dan to recap Youth Team State and talk about the future of the RC wrestling program. Dan shares what it’s been like stepping in as a new coach in Richland Center — the good, the bad, and the ugly.
They also discuss shifting the club toward more dual tournaments, look ahead to the Individual State Tournament, and talk about what the offseason should look like for wrestlers. From finding a club to competing in freestyle and Greco and attending summer camps, the focus is on continuing to improve.
The season may end, but the work doesn’t stop.
