Mary-Alice McNab joins us and we talk about why it's not fair that there aren't swings for adults, even though we totally get why adults can't use the kid swings, condoms and condiment packets are hard to open, performing stand up in front of our parents, and no sharp objects in the bedroom during sexy time.

We had a real treat of a conversation today with Rocky Powell. We jumped around from meditation to betting against your own team because you love them to Bea Arthur, naturally and then threw in some childhood trauma at the end. Balance.
