Happy New Year, I know with the start of the year so many of us suffer from the pressure of getting our lives together, starting good habits and overall being better versions of ourselves. I understand the pressure that comes with that, I can also understand how demotivating it can be to stick to a strict routine.

With all the pressure of New Years Resolutions and building a better life, it can be a lot, so take it from someone who has been in your shoes more times than he can count. It's alright to take things slow, but it's just as important to not become complacent and fall off the wagon completely, so let's talk about it.
