    Nektar.ai, a B2B productivity startup, has raised an additional $6 million seed funding round led by B Capital Group, 3One4 Capital, and Nexus Venture Partners. Several well-known Go To Market players in the US-Asia cross-border SaaS ecosystem took part in the round.

    McAfee Enterprise has announced the launch of MVISION Private Access, an integrated strategy for granular ‘Zero Trust’ access and extending data and threat security capabilities to private apps hosted across hybrid IT environments.

    Nozomi Networks has announced a $100M in Series D and a pre-IPO funding round led by Triangle Peak Partners. It states that this has been a year of record growth, topping a 110 percent increase in annual recurring revenue and a two-fold increase in customer base.

    Cloud identity solutions provider Saviynt has announced that its risk analytics, identity governance and other technologies would now be available as a managed service via Deloitte’s Identity+ Platform as it expands its strategic partnership with the latter to offer cloud identity solutions to enterprises.

    Square, a payments software firm, has bought Afterpay, an Australian “buy now, pay later” (BNPL) startup, for $29 million. Square’s existing Seller and Cash App business divisions will be linked with Afterpay, allowing even the “smallest of businesses” to accept BNPL.

    Germany’s Mambu has unveiled an all-digital product for small and medium enterprises (SME) to help them cut down costs and time to market. It states that the pressure on SME lenders to offer an all-digital customer experience has increased today, driving the need for the new decision.

    vEstonia’s Outvio, a provider of white-label SaaS fulfillment solutions to online shops, has raised $3 million in an early-stage funding round led by Change Ventures, ending its bootstrap spree since its inception in 2018, a TechCrunch report said.

    GoCoach, a B2B SaaS talent development platform, has received $120,000 in investment from Panoramic Ventures after being declared the winner of a monthly-pitch competition Startup Showdown, a press release from Panoramic Ventures said.

    Murf.ai, an AI-enabled SaaS-based voiceover company, received a $1.5 million seed round from Elevation Capital. Murf.ai is a text-based voiceover company that plans to use the cash to grow its market, improve its product, and add more staff.

    OneDay, a SaaS company, has announced that it has raised $19 million in a Series B funding round led by Volition Capital. OneDay is a SaaS startup located in Texas that uses video storytelling technology to help businesses increase revenue and consumer engagement.

    AppOmni, a SaaS security management provider, has extended the breadth of the SaaS platforms it covers with enhanced security, revealed a new product functionality in AppOmni Insights and increased its customer base, a press release from the company said.

    Datadog has announced that it will be available on the Google Cloud Marketplace to allow customers to purchase its product, monitor their applications and infrastructure health across their Google Cloud environment. Those purchasing Datadog from the Google Cloud Marketplace would benefit from consolidated billing and streamlined procurement.

    Tenderly, a cryptocurrency startup, has raised $15.3M in a Series A investment led by Accel Ventures. The money will go toward expanding the company’s worldwide reach and hiring engineers and businesspeople in new locations. Tenderly is a small company with 14 employees based in Serbia.

The company plans to address the increased demand for its search and recommendation products, continue its product expansion using the fund.

    Limelight Networks has announced its definitive acquisition agreement with Layer0, to purchase the latter in a cash and stock deal. The acquisition is aimed at making Limelight meaningfully transform into an edge SaaS provider and also driving its revenue, margins and EBITDA.

    Dixa has raised $105M in Series C funding from General Atlantic and aspires to inject funds into product development, potential acquisitions in the future, hiring for engineering teams and scaling its global presence. The company’s total funding raised to date crossed $157M with this round of funding.

    LogicGate has raised $113M in a Series C funding round and aims to use the proceeds to fuel all elements of its business, including product development, notably targeted at its risk quantification solution that is likely to be released later this year. The company’s total funding raised to date touched $156M.

    A group of SaaS pioneers in India has announced the forming of the Together Fund. With an initial capital of $85 million, the fund would support young Indian software-as-a-service startups. The group consists of Girish Mathrubootham of Freshworks; Shubham Gupta, formerly with investment firm Matrix; Avinash Raghava, formerly with Nasscom, iSPIRT, and SaaS BOOMi; and Manav Garg of Eka Corporation. Together Fund aims to invest in 20 to 25 businesses at various stages from pre-seed to Series B. In an interview with TechCrunch, Mr. Garg stated that the firm’s check size would vary from $250,000 to $3 million.

    QuotaPath, a commission-tracking solution for sales and revenue teams, raised $21.3M in a Series A round led by Insight Partners. QuotaPath intends to grow its staff by the end of the year with the new fund. The company has raised a total of $26.3M since its inception, including this round.

    Contentful, a content platform, raised $175M in a Series F round, valuing the company at over $3B, making it a unicorn. The funds will be used to extend Contentful’s global marketing and sales reach and to continue investing in its growth.

    Airwallex, a major worldwide payments network, has launched Capital 49, a new venture capital fund run by the company’s founders. The new fund is anticipated to receive $200M from Airwallex’s founders and other investors. So far, Capital 49 has invested in two fintech firms.

Its total funding has crossed $20.7M with this round, and it said that it would continue to bridge the gap between outdated banking systems and emerging financial systems built using blockchain

    Solarisbank attains the unicorn tag after raising €190M ($224M) in an oversubscribed funding round led by Decisive Capital Management. It has also announced that it would acquire Contis to fulfill its aspirations of providing banking-as-a-service across Europe.

    King River Capital (KRC) has announced the first close of its second fund, raising $95M from a range of existing and new investors. It would continue supporting founders in scaling their products and platform, and its aspirations of building innovative technology companies in the US and Australia.

    Deloitte has made two acquisitions – TransientX and Sentek Global – for an undisclosed sum to bolster secure networking and cybersecurity offerings to clients. TransientX’s services would benefit Deloitte’s zero-trust offerings and Sentek Global would beef up its system engineering and cybersecurity offerings.
