Alyssa Veneklase, CED-PIC, NCS, is a certified sleep consultant, postpartum doula, bed rest doula, and parent educator who supports families in creating healthy sleep habits and smoother newborn transitions.


With over 23 years of combined experience, Kristin and Alyssa provide compassionate, judgment-free guidance that feels like a conversation with trusted friends who understand the journey of pregnancy and early parenting.
