Episodes
  • Wanting out
    Apr 15 2026

In this episode I'm sharing something raw and unfiltered — what's actually been happening for me lately. The rage, the flatness, the thoughts of wanting out, and what I do with that.

I talk about why healing isn't linear, what suicidal ideation actually is (and why it's different from wanting to end your life), and what it looks like to sit with unbearable feeling rather than run from it. I'm not on the other side of this yet. I'm speaking from inside it.

If you've ever had those thoughts and felt scared by them, or alone in them this one might be for you.

  • What to do when you can't feel your feelings: the nothing is not nothing!
    Apr 1 2026

Do you ever try to be with your feelings and find... nothing? Just blankness, or a spaced-out feeling, or a kind of not-quite-thereness? In this episode I want to talk about something that doesn't get said enough: that nothing is not nothing. The blankness, the dissociation, the feeling of absence, it's a gateway, not a dead end. And when we learn to be with it rather than push past it, something surprising often waits there.
