• Love Is Quantum: Superposition, Entanglement & the Science of Connection
    Feb 19 2026

    Send a text

What if love isn’t just an emotion, but a lived experience of quantum principles in motion?

In this episode, I explore the fascinating parallels between quantum physics and the way we experience love, connection, and consciousness. Through my independent study of lectures from MIT OpenCourseWare, I began noticing striking correlations between foundational quantum concepts such as: superposition, entanglement, and the uncertainty principle. As well as, the invisible dynamics that shape our relational lives.

In quantum physics, particles can exist in multiple states simultaneously. They can remain mysteriously connected across distance. Their properties cannot be fully predicted until observed.

Love operates in a surprisingly similar way.

We hold multiple emotional states at once.
We remain energetically connected to people regardless of physical distance.
And the act of attention that what we observe, believe, and expect can shape the outcome of our relationships.

This episode is not about reducing love to science, nor using science to romanticize spirituality. It is about expanding awareness. It’s about recognizing that the universe itself operates in ways that challenge rigid certainty, and so do we.

    Together we explore:

    • Superposition and how we contain multiple versions of ourselves in love
    • Entanglement and the invisible threads of emotional connection
    • The uncertainty principle and why control in relationships is an illusion
    • The power of observation and how your awareness influences relational outcomes

Love may not be a quantum particle, but the patterns of the universe echo through our lived human experience.

This conversation invites you to become more conscious of your own energetic influence, your capacity to choose alignment, and the immense creative power you carry within your connections.

When you understand that reality responds to observation — you begin to move differently.
When you understand that connection transcends proximity — you love differently.
When you embrace uncertainty — you trust differently.

    Love is not random.
    It is responsive.
And you are not powerless within it.

This episode is your invitation to awaken, observe, and activate.

  • The Choices We Don’t Admit We’re Making
    Feb 3 2026

    Send us a text

    This is an introspective episode.

Not about fixing yourself, but about becoming consciously aware of the choices you’re already making in relationships, connection, and community.

In this conversation, I invite you to slow down, reflect, and take notes as we explore the often-uncomfortable truth that awareness doesn’t automatically lead to change — choice does.

Building on the last episode about choosing yourself in relationships, this episode examines:

    • What we tolerate and why
    • How repeated tolerance becomes identity
    • Where self-awareness turns into self-betrayal
    • The difference between compassion and avoidance

Through reflective questions and grounded insight, this episode asks you to look honestly at where you are still choosing familiarity over alignment, and how those choices shape the relationships you allow into your life.

This episode is meant to be paused, journaled through, and returned to.
It sets the foundation for the upcoming conversations on attachment styles and the difference between compatibility and trauma bonding.

  • What Does It Actually Mean to Choose Yourself in Relationships?
    Jan 21 2026

    Send us a text

We hear “choose yourself” everywhere — but what does that really mean when you’re in a relationship you’re trying to make work?

In this episode, I share how I came to the painful realization that I was abandoning myself in the name of love. By sacrificing my wants, needs, and voice to maintain connection, I was unintentionally teaching myself that my inner truth didn’t matter.

After going no contact and confronting deep-rooted childhood abandonment wounds, I reached a breaking point where “enough” finally meant enough. From that space, I began the work of choosing myself unapologetically — without buying into the narrative that honoring my needs makes me selfish, difficult, or unlovable.

I also guide listeners through a powerful, deployable exercise that helped me access inner wisdom by gathering different timelines of myself — allowing clarity, self-trust, and grounded decision-making to emerge.

This episode is an invitation to reclaim your voice, stop self-abandonment, and learn how to choose yourself without guilt — so your relationships can be rooted in truth rather than sacrifice.

  • Follow Your Heart But Take Your Mind With You
    Jan 6 2026

Love isn't always logical. Emotions take over, the heart dreams wildly, and it becomes so easy to get lost within the depths of love. So, how can we lead with love while still being authentically centered?

Through my journey of experiences lately I've learned an important lesson: Love requires integration to truly last. When we meet ourselves from the space of where we're giving from, we start to connect with our childhood. How love felt to us growing up, what we learned was acceptable or what wasn't, and what made us feel safe has shaped our ideas of love now. When we meet ourselves truly and fully, we start to see all the ways that we haven't been fully met and embraced. You're not broken, you're not unlovable, and you're not asking for too much - you just haven't fully integrated your capacities to maintain the system of support you need.

In this episode, we'll dive into the insights of how my life experiences have led me to integrate a sustainable system of care, and how I'm using my intuitive nature with my logical senses.

It's time to experience real love. Love that doesn't only burn with chemistry but lasts with compatibility. A love that chooses you and shows up consistently through acts of care and words of affirmation. This love exists but are you ready to become the version of you who can hold this reality? Let's talk about it!

  • When Love Isn't Enough: Revelations on Dating
    Nov 25 2025

    Send us a text

In this first episode from my new space, we’re closing out the season on dating with a very vulnerable and honest conversation.

I share my experience of being in love this year — the passion, the heartbreak, the clarity, the spiritual lessons, and the awakening that came from finally sitting with my emotions instead of running from them.

    This episode dives into:

Why the relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every connection you have
How fears show up in dating, and can possibly make or break the connection
Understanding someone’s capacity vs. your desires
Why ignoring red flags is really ignoring yourself
How to prepare your heart + nervous system to receive the love you pray for
Choosing yourself without closing yourself off to love
Why singleness is a sacred season, not a waiting room
Moving from the Piscean age of obligation into the Aquarian age of authenticity
Respecting yourself more than you respect the peace
Integrating lessons instead of just ‘learning’ them

We talk healing. We talk love. We talk evolution.
And yes — we talk about the moment my ex popped up again after 3 years during Mercury retrograde
(No, I did not take her back. But clarity? Oh yeah.)

This episode is a love letter to anyone who has ever loved deeply, lost deeply, and chosen to rise anyway.

    Mentioned in the episode:
My poetry book Liquid Love — 60+ pages of my evolution in love: infiniteinlove.com

If you’re ready for a heart-centered, spiritually grounded conversation about love, self-worth, and what it really means to listen to your heart — this episode is for you.

Have you ever felt guilty for setting a boundary—or said “yes” when your whole body wanted to scream “no”?

As an empath and a recovering people pleaser, I know this struggle all too well. For years I found myself taken advantage of, disappointed, and silenced. But learning how to advocate for myself, set boundaries, and communicate clearly has changed everything.

If you’ve ever felt guilty for setting a boundary, this episode is your permission slip to stand tall in your truth.

Tune in for an empowering conversation on how to honor your blessings and be a good steward by enforcing boundaries with confidence and compassion.

  • Exploring the Choice of Commitment
    Jun 18 2025

    Send a text

What does commitment truly mean and how can we practice it with intention, not obligation?

In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with three incredible creators—Tam, Charisma, and Brandis—to unpack the many layers of commitment: to ourselves, to our partners, and to our purpose. As someone who once struggled with the weight of commitment and its often negative connotations, I wanted to open up a space where we could explore its beauty, its challenges, and its evolution.

Tam describes commitment as “a perpetual choice.” Brandis reframes that choice into a perspective as something you get to make, not something you have to make. And Charisma offers a powerful reminder that commitment isn’t about blind loyalty—it’s a space for growth, reflection, and mutual evolution.

Through Tam and Charisma’s strong, rooted marriage and Brandis’ soulful life experiences, we dive deep into the beliefs, stories, and daily choices that shape what commitment means to each of us, while on a healthy dose of magic medicine ;)

Join us for an honest, fun and illuminating conversation about showing up—wholeheartedly and intentionally.

  • Exploring Relationships and Dating
    Apr 29 2025

    Send a text

So I recently started actively dating again... and it's led me to question a lot of things in regards to relationships and dating. Like what even is a relationship? What do I want in my ideal partner? How do I want it to feel?

With these questions presented at the stage of life I'm at now, I wanted to dedicate a space to explore these ideas and open up a new season dedicated to discussing relationships, because ultimately relationships are embedded within our connection to practically everything. Your parents, partner, work, hobbies, faith, etc. is all connected by the relationship you have with them, and as I am in the phase of diving deeper into relationships I invite you to witness and experience the journey of where my curiosity leads me.

I make this episode and this season from my heart out of pure joy and inquisitiveness. I know I don't have all the answers, but I know that life leaves clues everywhere. So, welcome to the first episode of this season where we're exploring and questioning the idea of dating. Get your notes ready, and your mind prepared to experience this new season of Ahmani's Infinite Love!
