Publisher's Summary

A chaotically joyous collection of essays from one of the original influencers and the internet's sweetheart, Bretman "The Baddest" Rock.

Hilarious and earnest, this collection of essays, drawings, recipes, how-tos and never-before-seen photos goes far beyond what we know of Bretman Rock from social media. Who is Bretman Rock Sacayanan behind the screen and how did he become the original superstar influencer and today’s beloved best friend of the internet?

You're That B*tch welcomes you into Bretman Rock's world—from how his childhood in the Philippines, his family, Filipino culture, and being a first-generation immigrant helped shape him into who he is today. Peek into how Bretman became a social media sensation at the precocious age of 14, balancing living a glamorous jet-setting lifestyle on weekends while still serving lunch at his school’s cafeteria, running as a varsity track-star, and making honor roll during the week. With his signature honesty, this is an unfiltered and unprecedented look at what it means to be one of the first digital celebrities and that b*tch–-from dealing with cancel culture, drama and heartbreak, to what it means to love yourself and your community.

From the funniest and undeniably cutest person on the internet, this is a book for the weirdos and for the bad b*tches...this book is for you!

Entertaining & genuine! A must read

Not my typical book I’d read but turned out to be one of the best I’ve read. Absolutely loved it, the comedic sense, realness & getting to know Bretman on a very personal level was soo interesting! Definitely recommended even if you’re not a fan of him!

He was definitey born to be a star in his own right.

This was honestly amazing. Its because of this audiobook, read by him, that made me want to follow him on my social media platforms. He is a diamond in the rough, and although his early childhood challenges. He perservered through it all, and continues to be his shinny self. I absolutely love Bretman Rock!!!

Bretman, you ROCK 🌟

The best book to just plug in and listen to, hearing more about Bretman’s life behind the glamour and famous celebrity friends I got to know and grow alongside the internet sensation Filipino boy doing makeup tutorials and goes viral smacking his sister’s head. I got to learn a lot of life lessons, to practice it and relate to them knowing that we are actually not so different as a human being. I will manifest more, soar higher as I know Bretman’s hard work and resilience got him up there, and I now look up to him with more confidence in achieving even the smallest goals I want to set for my future. BADDEST BOOK EVER B!TCH x

One of the best memoirs I’ve read/listened to in a very long time!

I appreciate Bretman’s genuine coolness and vulnerability. The lessons he’s listed down here are what we all go through and I’ve learnt so much from this. He is wild AND. A loving person - almost all Filipinos (I know cause I’m one hehe). Thank you Bretman for sharing your story with the world. It means so much the fact that what makes you, you, is the way you handle life, acne and all. Definitely one of the best memoirs I’ve come across in a long time. Its been a pleasure and will definitely listen to this again especially when I’m feeling lost and insecure. You rock!

Hilarious, unapologetic and relatable

I laughed so hard listening to this book and finished it in less than 24 hours. The first video I watched of Bretman almost a decade ago was the MTV cribs parody and it was then I knew he was funny and relatable. My favourite line in this book is when he talks about his lazy eye “left eye is steering, the other is gripping your thigh” a reference to the song “dont” by Bryson Tiller. So genuine, funny and original. Keep slaying those opportunities and experiences Bret.
