It is quite serendipitous how yoga brought two fellow English majors together to create an easy-to-follow adaptive guide towards wellness. Our book is intended to introduce yoga as a means of curing many of the common ailments adults of all ages face. Achieving optimal physical fitness through yoga is what we are teaching, and overall wellness is what we are preaching.
