In this informative dialogue with Dr. Deepak Chopra, Yogi Desai shares what he calls "Meditation in Motion", a methodology whose authentic principles, techniques, and tools create a direct link to the integrative power of Hatha Yoga. When you are connected to the higher source of unity consciousness within you, harmony of body, mind, heart, and soul occurs spontaneously and effortlessly.
As Yogi Desai explains his theories and walks you through simple exercises, you will discover that even the novice can enter the deepest levels of tranquility and stillness, where previously difficult positions are performed with greater ease and the power of healing energy is unleashed.

Tons to Ponder
As a very novice yoga practitioner, I enjoyed the deeper concepts about how to use yoga as a means to connect with inner blockages - mental and spiritual. While having tried yoga initially with a physical strengthening motivation, this lecture provided a lot more to think about than just a bunch of challenging stretches and positions.
Note- it is a recording of a live lecture with an audience, the audio quality is fine but not super-polished studio quality.
If you have just been doing yoga for exercise, this will provide a lot more for you to consider .

Yogi Amriy Desai is explaining the duality which actually is unity, how things are connected even if we think they are not and what yoga actually is, when we find our way out of dependencies.

Yoga as a form of meditation
This is one of the best live seminars I have heard on the subject of Yoga as meditation. The more you listen to it - the more you get out of it.
