About this listen
His name was different, and he wasn't old enough to have been alive during the Second World War, but it was Yakov, my love! My spirit recognized his spirit, which was just living in a new body, just as my spirit was also living in a new body.
His new name was David Malone, and according to the bio I found after frantically Googling him, his family had immigrated to the US from Italy when he was a child. The website also said David Malone was married.
My heart felt as though someone had run a spear through it when I learned my Yakov was married in this life. Had I found him too late?
