I have loved this books for years! It’s a comfort read for me and pallet cleanser and my Roman Empire. I’ve thought about this books over the years and when I do I do a relisten! Erin Mallon can do no wrong in my eyes/ears!! I only wish we did get the MMC POV!

What did you like most about Wrong?

EVERYTHING, I adored Sophie and Luke! This story is brilliant from the first page to the last. I loved the book so I was so excited when it was brought out in audio.

Who was your favorite character and why?

This is a hard choice!!! I love both Sophie and Luke, so can I choose both?? Sophie is fun, the topical 21 year old adorable character while Luke is older and the way he takes care of her. It is so sweet.

What does Erin Mallon bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

While reading it yourself, its your inner voice, Erin brings the characters to life so everything is more dramatic and emotional.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES!!

I really enjoyed this book. It is so wrong on so many levels., but that is what makes a good story. Would listen to it again.

I’m just going to dive straight into this review. I picked this up after seeing tons of recommendations raving about the book—and the MMC being a gynecologist definitely piqued my interest. I was excited to see how it would all unfold. Overall, this is a good book, but for me, it felt quite fast-paced, and several things I was hoping would be explored never really had a proper conclusion. The spice was great, and I enjoyed the doctor/patient dynamic.

Starting with Byron—the long-lost brother who shows up out of nowhere. This storyline felt underdeveloped. After just one meeting, the FMC was fully convinced he was her brother, but the author didn’t convince me. It felt thrown in without enough substance.

Now for the other woman drama with Gina—she’s awful. But what confused me is why Sophie never talked to Luke about her or the things she was saying. I really wanted to see Luke stand up for Sophie. Same with Luke’s father—why didn’t Sophie mention what he said at the gala? I’m honestly baffled that these issues were never addressed.

Lastly, the dynamic between Sophie and Luke felt a bit immature at times. I get that Sophie is a college student, but she’s still an adult, and some of her actions were frustrating. Also, Luke calling her “bitch” during a spicy scene was not doing it for me.

Don’t get me wrong—I still think this was a good read, but I’m left with more questions than answers.

Started off funny and promising... but a few chapters in it went down hill. Fast. if u hated 50 shades then you'll hate this book. The heroine is annoying... and the hero is bland. Throw in a particular trope I hate..... its a no from me
