Longform Young Skins in the best way. Plenty going on under the surface without hammering the reader over the head with it. I'd wonder how well this travels beyond Ireland.

Good story, good pace, right amount of telling each protagonists story. Enjoyed it & bonus it's set in Mayo! Think Damian Gildea has been listening to too much blind boy though with some of those accents!
