I didn’t realise how bad I needed this book in my life. In some parts I swear Jess was telling my life story.

I already loved Jess Eva prior to this audiobook. She shocks with some self deprecating stories (some pretty horrifying) to reassure us she’s been there but her incredible compassion and very Australian delivery make for a good listen. The content is simple yet life changing if you follow her advice.
