From the makers of the award-winning TV series comes a new story following the women inmates of Wentworth Correctional Facility.

Maddie, Scarlett and Anna are three 18-year-olds on the threshold of the rest of their lives. Or they will be, once they finish serving their sentences at  Mockridge Juvenile Centre. With release dates fast approaching, the girls are out of chances - one more altercation with the law and it’s adult prison.

Forensic psychologist and former Wentworth staffer Bridget Westfall sees an opportunity to make a true and lasting change through the introduction of the ‘RAFT’ anti-recidivism program at Mockridge. Designed to allow juvenile offenders to experience adult prison under controlled conditions, in order to discourage them from reoffending, the three teen girls enter Wentworth Correctional Facility under Bridget’s watch. 48 hours later, only two come out alive.

As tensions erupt into bloodshed, and loyalties are tested and corrupted, Bridget works to investigate the explosive series of events – and races against time to uncover the truth as to who’s responsible for the death of the young inmate and to ultimately prevent the past from repeating itself.

Enjoyed the suspense

Very much enjoyed the suspense and twist and turns.
Did anyone else continuously hear a cat in the background?
It detracted from what they were saying every time it meowed.
Is it there to depict the session was at her house?
Overall a great listen (apart from the cat which had me looking in my car to see if my cat had jumped in with me).

Libby Tanner - WOW!

Was a totally different experience without video but in a way much more powerful. Fantastic production and a great filler as Wentworth comes to an end. Well done and look forward to more. Libby Tanner absolutely shines and conveys so much emotion with her narration.

Fantastic dramatic podcast and extension of show

As a different medium to the TV show, the pace and tone isn't the same as the original Wentworth story, although I wouldn’t classify that as a bad thing. The writing is amazing and still filled with plenty of holy **** moments just like the show, not necessarily because you don’t see things coming but because things get pretty full on in true Wentworth style. Because of this, you’re still left with the same evocative feelings the show gives you even though you get there through listening rather than watching. Seriously, this production nails it from start to finish and I’ll be avidly waiting for the next installment. Highly recommended particularly for those fans of Wentworth's darker plots.

I love Bridget!!!

What a wonderful idea creating a podcast / audio book based on the Wentworth series. Wentworth is my favourite show and I was devastated when Bridget (and Frankie) left the show. So it was great fun being immersed in the Wentworth world again. Please create more and bring back some of the faves (Frankie, Doreen etc).

Amazing doesn't even come close

Outstanding performance by the wonderfully talented Libby Tanner, her velvet voice has you immersed and gripped from start to finish, feeling every emotion along the way enabling you to visualise Bridget's mannerisms throughout.
Sounds like Bridget and Franky did buy a cat after all 😂
Congratulations to all the cast involved on a fantastic mini series. My only complaint is that there wasn't more of it.
