I wasn’t sure about the story at first, but it was really beautiful and raw and the way the actors portrayed all of these intense emotions just using their voice, was mind blowing. I highly recommend.

My new favourite audiobook, this is a sensational read by great authors. It has all the feels and I couldn’t put it down. The narrators are extraordinary! So beautifully written, I highly recommend this book. ❤️

This story ripped me apart and left me crying and emotionally spent. Could not put book down. The love triangle and it's consequences clearly outlined. Narrators so well matched to the angst and love within the story. I now need a break from reading so I can sooth myself enough to read another book. this emotion has happened before and I need time to come down. Awesome writing, awesome narration, Awesome everything.

Loved it! Well written, great narrators, I’m a huge Marley Valentine fan and I’ve read CE Ricci before as well, bth of them together and you have one awesome read. Do yourself a favour and listen to it!

This is a second chance romance, featuring Will Auden Thompson and Pierce Evans and is a standalone book interconnected with other books by both authors. Which you know I’m going to have to do a reread of those books now.

I’m glad I waited for the audiobook to be released before I read this because it was *chef kiss. It added so much to the emotion when reading. Omg I did quite a lot crying reading this. The story essentially starts with Will and Pierce meeting and having a holiday romance but then building a stronger connection via letters whilst Will is deployed overseas in the military.

However, before Will comes back, Pierce meets someone else and decides to get married. (Super quick timing) The second Will and Pierce see each other again it’s clear their love for each other was never going to go away. Cue the tears and hurt and angst and betrayal and tug o war of the heart strings. Did I mention the crying, I shed so many tears.

This is a very hard subject to read no one is a winner when it comes to infidelity, it’s a topic I try to avoid in books, but this story was written so beautifully. You feel the torment and hurt everyone is going through. You feel the yearning and love. You can’t help but want the MMCs to end up together. I’m not going to tell you anymore about the book but I will say Pierce’s now ex-wife is an angel.

What a twist!!! The book will make you happy, sad and frustrated.They should have told her the truth. I didn't appreciate the cheating.... poor Emily. I wish Will stuck to his guns and they didn't cheat on Enily. I wish Pierce didn't go along with the wedding when he saw Will.... I wish for so much. I understand why Emily handled it the way she did, she is an amazing sister/ex-wife. I am so glad Pierce didn't send the last letter. The narrator grew on me... The voice felt monotone at the beginning.
