i have been enjoying this book, but have had to give up because of the narration. very poorly articulated and no differentiation between characters. I assume this narrator was chosen because he is an actor of the same age as the main character. that is unfortunately not a good enough reason.

good story. poor narration

My enjoyment of this typically great story by William Boyd was spoilt by the choice of reader. I was very disappointed by his poor diction and mispronunciation of names which should have been known (or at least researched). Sorry Audible you let me down this time

Wonderful Boyd
