If you could sum up Visualization for Weight Loss in three words, what would they be?

This book was great it had lots of useful information! I downloaded the app and even bought some of the tracks. I found it enlightening and effective. The author is great my only issue is that his voice is perfect for meditations and visualisations but for actual listening while im doing things (how I listen to audible) his voice made it really hard and I had to keep pausing and rewinding because it can be quite monotonous and very quiet even on the highest volume!
The book itself had a tremendous amount of insight and value I highly recommend and download the app too with the visulisation!
I would have prefered the actual book than the audio book suprisingly for this though.

I'm sure I'll listen to this again, but so far I can really see the changes and it's only been a week. I'm normally a huge self sabotager, but using the visualisation techniques is helping me change the way I look at food and I'm almost effortlessly choosing the healthier options.

I loved this book after listening to Jon's other book on how he lost his weight. If you're not into meditation you'll probably think this is crack pot thinking so I would suggest you learn about the power of meditation first before embarking on this journey with Jon.

Simple and easy to listen to and narrated by Jon himself which I love because it gives me more of a connection with the person who has used their personal experience to successfully overcome their issues. I'm listening to it again because there's so much valuable information. I am doing the visualisation every night and noticing changes.
