Multiple narrators voices are present when clan names are mentioned and there is half a chapter where the narrator completely changes. This throws the listener off and you are left less submerged into the tale

Definitely took me a little bit to get into but now I’m hooked. I love how Kelly st Clare does themes around games.. makes it interesting with a bigger purpose than a love story. Also love Amanda Dolans narration :)

the narration was weird in places almost sounding like it was someone else occasionally, it was also difficult to work out what were Basie thoughts vs spoken words
