This book wasn't a winner for me, for some reason the narration grated on me and I couldn't warm to any of the characters. The story line had promise, but failed to deliver for me.
All in all I think this book tried too hard to capture and evoke emotion in the reader, but just left me irritated and uncaring about any of the characters.
I finished it reluctantly and was annoyed by the ending too.
A "Meh" book in my opinion.
