Look in general I'm not a harsh critic when it comes to books. I don't do deep dive critiquing and I'm easily pleased. So bare with me. At first the FMC drove me up the wall. I shouted at my radio in the middle of morning traffic on my way to work because I wanted to throttle Leika. But at the end of this book, I had a joyful smile on my face and overall enjoyed it. Have a listen, I giggled quite a bit at the banter.

This book is so juvenile. Lykke is just so irritating. In what world does a crown prince curtail to a human servant girl, save her from the gallows by saying he's betrothed to her after she kills someone and she's petulant about it.
