Excellent Listen.
I thought this was an excellent insight into the life and (dangerous) times of a Champion Motorcycle Racer. I only discovered Motorcycle Racing in the last 10 years and it is a fantastic sport and thoroughly nail-biting. I think Shakey has incapsulated that in his narration. I thoroughly recommend this audio book to anyone who has the slightest interest in the sport. And I have an autographed copy of the hardback too!

Best 2 wheeled racing biopic to date.
Having listened to almost all the racing biopics on Audible , I found this one covered much more than the racing side of his lifestyle in a manner that had me compelled as to what happened next , despite already knowing. Adding a different perspective from his Mrs also added to the story. It doesn't have any boring bits and was interesting from start to finish. Well worth a listen , nice Job Shane & Matt

Incredible
This book gives such a great insight to the mind of Shane “Shakey” Byrne. Not only that but Shane irons out some of the things in his career that weren’t covered in the media, giving great in depth stories throughout. This book made me laugh and brought tears to my eye, highly recommend this to any racing fan.
