Truely ethical review of our society woven into an action packed story

Neal Shusterman has written a profoundly thought provoking series that is engaging and entertaining from beginning to the end. He deals with such difficult issues as abortion and euthanasia in a confronting but not threatening way and throughout the story he weaves a constant thread of hope. His characters are likeable despite their flaws and real growth is shown through the adversity they face. 10 out of 10 for a great read of apocalyptic sci-fi.
