Wow

Read this in a series of three books. All were riveting and exciting. A great band of brothers that would do anything for each other. Each story was great and as a series was awesome. Narration was awesome too.

Excellent Set Of Stories

Would you listen to Ultimate SEAL Collection again? Why?

This was an excellent set of stories and must be read in the order they are presented to get the full story. I would not spend another 42 hours on it though. there are too many others I want to listen to,

Who was your favorite character and why?

Fredo, Gunny and Cooper. I loved the interactions between the characters.

What about J.D. Hart’s performance did you like?

I loved everything about it. he is a great narrator. All of the stories together created a world that was exciting, dangerous, and filled with sex. Although in this day and age I don't think those Seals would have unprotected sex on the first date.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes, when they found Mia and Armondo in the cabin and were able to rescue Mia and Fredo would not let Mia go.

Any additional comments?

No plot-lots of trite sex

I like a well written sex scene in my mysteries or other basic plot novels...I don't enjoy continued and the same sex acts over and over. They have no purpose when they are the only point. Where there is no real plot to a novel. I expect more from my books.

I liked anothrr SEAL series by a different author and thought I might like this one, but after several hours, I came to the confusion the SEALs were boy toys and sex objects and there was no real plot to this collection. No SEAL excitement.

I couldn't listen to more than a few hours-and refuse to waste 2 days on this trivial novel.

Very disappointing.

Meh

I could not finish this. The dialog was simplistic. The characters actions unrealistic. The only saving grace was the narrator is fantastic. But it didn’t hold my interest at all.

Hot SEALs & their Strong heroines find hea........

This was a really great series. From the prequels to the final novel I enjoyed it all.
These guys are all members of an elite SEAL team based in San Diego and while not 'actively' looking for their one true love they manage to find her anyway. It's not all roses from the start and each will have to come to terms with their own idea of love & duty, but in the end each will get the girl of his dreams.
JD Hart does a superb job giving these characters life!
Don't pass this set up! You won't be sorry you spent the credit here....

No Action

I thought this collection would contain suspense or action based but found it was just badly written sexual escapades, with no character development or a believable plot.

Gah

I had such high hopes for this series. While the story line was very interesting, the writing was not. Old cheesy scenes just push this down for me. The verbage and word choice did not match the scene or the time. Very disappointed.

Shockenly & unbelievably boring.

The performance was well done by the narrator. the narrator was very creative and pray he changed his voice for the various characters. The overall storyline was boring, filled with a lot of ignorant and pathetic people. Our female heroine was an insecure, crazy psychotic chick who chased the guy down after he dumped her over a one night stand. Her character did not improve throughout the story and to make matters worse the author kept trying to portray her as a strong independent woman, what a joke. This was the first time I've read anything from this author and I had high expectations listening to this book but was disappointed. I cannot recommend to anybody as I was unable to finish past chapter 35.

too boring for words

this author needs an imagination and a better vocabulary for the sex act. their making love seemed to be in every chapter almost as if it was an attempt to keep the reader interested.

Disappointed

I admire the authors’ support for those in the Armed Services and her dedication for sending proceeds of her books to the Wounded Warriors Program. But there are 3 major turn offs in all the books in this collection that made it frustrating for me to listen to. 1.) The women are whiny, clingy, codependent, insecure, begging for the men to stay, overly emotional, and the list goes on. Give me a strong independent female lead! 2.) Too much sex. I know... how can that be? But it’s true, at least for me. Every other scene is a sex scene and the ones in between are filled with sexual innuendo that don’t add value to the storyline. 3.) No development of the relationships. They meet day 1 and by day 2 they’re already in a relationship. Narrator - the voices for the characters were good, but the cadence of the narration sounded robotic and read. These books may be for some, and they do have potential! But if you’re the type of person that starts talking back to the characters about how stupid they’re being, you may want to look elsewhere.

Part way into the series...

I've only gotten a few stories into the series but here's what I think so far.... Accidental Seal - excellent start to the series; sequels get you interested and compel you to continue listening. This story started out a little on the strange side since someone following you thru an airport is just creepy, but it evens out later. It isn't as well-written or researched as say, the Titan Series but not bad. Narrator took some getting used to but he gets better as the series continues. Does great with accents and transitioning to female voices. Not sure Kyle's voice was quite right since it sounded a lot like the older Tom Bergeron later on. Seal Fallen Legacy - a bit too much with the immature continual sex which detracts a little from the story, although I realize there are those whose only purpose to this genre is listening to the sex scenes. LOL Heroine is a spoiled little rich girl and hero is a poor farm boy from Nebraska....likely pair? Nope. And what happened to the drone?????? To be continued......
