Publisher's Summary

Meet Blaire.

An underachieving college student with zero prospects and a ton of issues (hey, being the less-successful twin of a gorgeous supermodel would totally do that to you). She doesn't do bad boys. Actually, she doesn't do boys, like, at all. Not that she's a lesbian. And not that there's anything wrong with being one. It's just that...well...she kind of needs to focus on graduating from college right now.

And she needs something from Ty. Badly.

Meet Ty.

Mixed martial artist, soon-to-be Welterweight champion of the Xtreme Warrior League and the hottest guy in the Bay Area. He's cocky, arrogant and completely off-limits to anyone with more than three working brain cells...but dude, have you seen his butt?

On top of being a world-class player, Ty has a secret. And Blaire? She can barely even handle his truths. Life is about to throw a few knockout punches at both of them. Can they handle the pain?

Started out okay

Story was a bit scatty, with some gaping holes in the plot line or issues that were blatantly ignored so never resolved. The sister’s voice was very annoying. Not a keeper. Wouldn’t read the next one

wow oh wow. lj shen brilliance

I litterally only purchased this book because I've read everything else LJ. and it honestly didn't disappoint!

great story line, great writing and just brilliant lj.

I really miss the epilogues when they aren't involved in the story especially when it's a standalone and not in a 'series' it's just the ending and no quick insight to their future or anything.

great narration. it takes courage for one narrator to get the story across from both male and female and Rebecca smashed this out of the ball park!

Not what I expected but an enjoyable read

I am loving LJ Shen books at the moment. This one definitely wasn’t my favourite but I enjoyed the journey.

I didn’t really feel a deep connection with the characters like I usually do with LJ Shen books & found it a little hard to sympathise with them. The big secret was definitely an unexpected turn but I kinda felt like they went their seperate ways for no reason and it bugged me!

It made me laugh the way the h spoke about her heart, brain and hormones like they had their own identities. I also loved how sweet and gentle the H was. I’m still confused about Shane’s motives though? I really don’t understand if he really did want h or was it all for the sister?

The book ended quite suddenly with no epilogue. I would of loved a look into their future!

Narrators were great and fit the characters well.
