Per Riis Ebbesen (f. 1948) er en dansk forfatter, der har skrevet en lang række populære børne- og ungdomsbøger. Han er både uddannet kontorassistent, massør og skadesterapeut samt cand.phil. i dansk. Per Riis Ebbesen debuterede i 1986 med børnebogen "Gletschergrisen" og står desuden bag den spændende serie om skibsrotterne.
