Fascinating, I just couldn't stop listening!!!
Thank you Kay for sharing your journey and how you managed your personal challenges and growth. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to your narration.
Being an ultra trail runner and executive professional myself, I could definitely relate to many of the moments/challenges/frustrations you shared.
I strongly recommend the book to anyone, as it is an eye opener for personal development and approach to life to feel fulfilled, no matter what your interests or circumstances are. I am working on myself to ensure I am "turning right" more often, thanks.

Mindset can limit achievement - inspiring reading.
Absolutely loved this! Through an engaging recount of running adventures, Kay opens up a way of challenging how we approach our own personal journeys. This book shows how out mindset can limit achievement.
Whilst the achievement of Kay as a runner make for an exciting story - it his application of mindset to unlock inner potential that is gripping. The learnings from Kay's journey, and his sharing of those experiences, has me reflecting on my own life journey. I'm excited to apply the "Turning Right" mindset to my own personal challenges - both in a professional and lifestyle setting.
