Huge fan of Stephen Covey's work and how this underpins the importance of evolving leadership styles in today's changing world, a must for today's leaders to understand better.
Highly recommend getting the hard copy over audiobook.
I downloaded the audiobook, and whilst I enjoyed it, in retrospect would have preferred hard copy. There are several parts that I wanted to highlight, re-read and integrate into my day-to-day. At times the audio book was a little repetitive too, so a hard copy book may allow speeding through other elements.
