About this listen

Can the mysteries of the human heart ever be unravelled? Pursuing a scientific explanation for a disturbing and unexplained phenomenon, Jeremy's sceptical nature is thrown off course when he meets Lexie, the town librarian. As they work together, ghostly occurrences and passionate moments converge, forcing Jeremy to realise that there are some truths science cannot explain, as he finally appreciates the pleasures of exploring the heart.

Enjoyed both the story & narrator's performance greatly, however the music volume was too loud. It was difficult to hear the narrator at times, so took away from the overall experience.

Great story, music distracting though

Every time it played I couldn't understand the narrator. I tried. It was terrible. IT IS A BOOK! Not a movie, not a musical.
I even purchased the non "booktrack" version.
Just as anything remotely romantic was happening, this guitar would start playing a little happy tune. And you serious!!!!
I couldn't hear a thing over the eternal twang.
Didn't finish despite wanting to know the story.

You've got to be joking. Music? Horrible music?
