Enjoyed first and last books

First and last readers were great. We skipped the middle reader - didn’t enjoy the voice of the reader

Triple Homicide

Didn't like the narrator of third story. Had to stop listening a short way in

Terrible Trio

Not one of these stories had a good narrator or plot. The narrators practically ruined the books for me but I kept listening in hopes the story themselves would make up for it, but alas, the stories were predictable and very short. I'm generally a huge Patterson fan but these were just awful

Be warned

If you read his book shots it is a mix of three of them. Not right to repeat old stuff

What is This?

This book supposedly was a new release in July of 2018. But, I have read these stories before. What kind of hoax is this?

Loved but...

I wish instead of being 3 short stories that this book had been one story combining all 3 of our favorite characters.

Disappointed

I thought there was going to be interaction between Cross Bennet and the women! All separate stories!! DISAPPOINTING!! Not worth it!

Beware - this is is not a joint story

This is three separate stories that have been told in previous books. I was really disappointed that they were not all joining forces to solve a one crime. I'm sure it may have mentioned it in the details but that's what I get for wishful thinking. I love all the characters and it would be great to have them all overlap. But no such luck in this book.

I feel ripped off!

I am not going to invest my money or my time in another James Patterson book.

Just Okay

This two parter was three different stories. None of which up to Patterson’s usual good writing. If I had it to do over I would wait for a normal novel that I would enjoy. The performance was pretty good. Unless you are just trying to kill time this is one that you might skip.

Beware: Carefully worded mislead

I purchased this book thinking these detectives would be together in one book for the first time. It is actually three separate stories in one book for the first time. It seems as if someone with the license to use Mr. Patterson’s name, had incomplete stories and figured out how to sell them.

A Nice Little Listen

3 nice short stories to fill a couple of morning breaks. Not too taxing so easy to just shut off and resume at your next break from whatever you are doing.
I quite liked the three subject groups selected. Enough interest in each story to keep you listening while at the same time being easy enough to keep up with that if you had to leave it for a couple of days you soon got back into it just going back two minutes to remember where you left off.
A nice way to be able to listen to some favourite characters when flitting about without time for serious sitting down time to get into a good long story.
