Dennoch erschuf der österreichische Lyriker und Expressionist in seinen gerade einmal 27 Jahren ein außergewöhnliches und beeindruckendes Werk, das bis heute nachhallt. 32 Schauspieler:innen, darunter Tobias Moretti, Paula Beer, Albrecht Schuch, Hannah Herzsprung, Max von der Groeben, Karoline Schuch u. v. a., interpretieren Trakls Gedichte auf vielstimmige Weise und erzeugen so, eingebettet in ein extra für diese Produktion geschaffenes Soundkonzept, einen ganz eigenen Trakl-Sound.
