My only issue with this book is the inflection Samantha Brentmore (?) continually brings to each of the FMCs in Brynnes books, I noticed it in L&L to S&S, but I wasn’t expecting it here…

Other than that, brilliant audio, brilliant book! Cannot wait for book 2!

i love brynnes work a lot! this one was good! i did find it a liiitttleee slow to start but i really enjoyed the premise of the book and i can tell the next one is gonna be exciting- i will say i was a little put off by the male narrator, i personally didn’t enjoy his voice very much as it felt a fair bit detached from the character and too much like i was listening to an infomercial

I fell in love with the characters from the start and cannot wait for the next book. I had some late nights due to this book because I was so enthralled that I didn't want to stop.
