Twenty years later, after successful careers in the public and corporate sectors, Greg was drawn to the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia. There, seated on the red earth with traditional Nyikina elder Lulu—an esteemed senior Law-keeper with deep knowledge and shaman-like powers—Greg entered a relationship that reshaped his life. Lulu’s conception totem was the Rainbow Serpent.
Concerned by escalating threats to Country and the planet’s future, Lulu asked Greg to live and work with him and the Goolarabooloo people to write one book. He felt that by bringing to the surface the Original Knowledge—ways of understanding life, relationship, responsibility, and balance carried by the First Peoples of Australia for more than 65,000 years—people could see the world through new lenses, opening innovative pathways to return things to balance.

This book is a must read. I have being waiting for a book like this my whole life. Total Reset allows our First Nations people to express their timeless wisdom whilst navigating globalisation. Campbell is a master story teller.

Indigenous knowledge of how it all IS pulses through this book. An extraordinary undertaking over 3 decades, we owe much to Lulu, his people and Greg Campbell, the author and intermediary with his own snakelike journey intertwined throughout the book. I'm recommending this to many and ordered a print copy as it warrants lifelong study. "Listen to country". All I can say is "You did good, Bubba!"

I read this book in paper form and wanted to listen to it too. It’s an amazing book. The audio version is excellent, told by a Kimberley local. A fantastic project which I hope gets listened to a lot!
