Publisher's Summary

From USA Today and Amazon Charts best-selling author Meghan Quinn comes a brand-new romantic comedy about a one-night stand gone completely wrong. Laugh-out-loud and steamy with a heart-stopping happily ever after.

I knocked up my best friend's sister.

Figured I would get straight to the point, because how it happened is a mere snippet of the story I have to tell. The real meat and potatoes is what happened after.

Let's start with how she decided to inform me and Pacey the news...together. Imagine that nightmare. I was going into what I thought was a hockey marketing meeting, and then bam! I'm going to be a dad and my best friend/teammate is attempting to imprint my face with his fist.

It wasn't pretty.

Threats were tossed around, friendships were revoked, and then I was marched up to her apartment, suitcases in hand, and forced to live with her so I could take care of her every need. Given how much I've pined for the girl, you would think that wouldn't be a hardship. Wrong.

This is my one shot to win my teammate back. Pacey is the only family I've got, so hooking up with his sister isn't a mistake I can make twice...despite the fact that she's pregnant with my child.

But with every mood swing, every pair of pants that doesn't fit right, and every late night run to find the perfect donut, I'm finding it harder and harder not to fall for my best friend's little sister.

Especially when she kisses me....

Commitment-phobe became losing-the-one-phobe!

I absolutely LOVED this story, although it’s the stand alone reading of the series, I wished I’d read the first book ‘Kiss and Don’t Tell first, but I didn’t realise it was actually a part of a series until too late WHOOPS! But I’m glad it opened me up to reading rest of The Vancouver Agitators series!

Not as good as the first story.

The second instalment from the Vancouver Agitors series.

The audiobook narration of this story is fantastic, which made it an easy listen. Some fun and funny parts in the book which had me smiling and laughing throughout. I did find the FMC’s personality annoying and towards the end she was really grating on my nerves.

So/So

As usual with Meghan's books, there are many laugh out loud moments and even a moment when I cried.
However, this one seemed to really drag out, I even needed to take a break and ending up reading another book before coming back to finish this one.
Eli is a dreamboat, and there was great emotional growth for him throughout the book.
Penny can be so funny and relatable at times, but mostly, I found her quite immature and irritating.
Side note: There can be no wrong when Teddy Hamilton is involved, he brings all of his characters to life!

The Little Words

The main female character in this story is irritating, immature and made me want to shut it off.

Brilliant.

Teddy & Kelsey did a great job.
Laughed so much through this book. The pregnancy hormones & mood swings were spot on & Eli’s reactions were believable.
Well done Meghan on another great book

Insufferable

Narrators did a wonderful job, love hearing about Eli and his amazing character growth.
HOWEVER…. So close to DNF because Penny is absolutely insufferable. Childish and petulant wanting everything on her own timetable. How she told Eli and Pacey she was pregnant and everything she puts Eli through by assuming and not using her fricking words. Horrible woman

Loved Mmc dont like Fmc. if i were him, i would not want her. Penny needs to grow up. He deserves better than being forced into everything

Good story, great performances

Good hockey based story (I’m on a binge), and even better performances. Loving the interconnected series between the friends/siblings and the team.
