Publisher's Summary
When I got out of the psychiatric hospital, living on my own again, I started having flashes of memories. I remembered things I had not thought about much for years. I decided to put my thoughts onto paper. My recollections occurred over three months until I was done with this book.
Things I Never Told My Doctor is an example of hope for adolescents who are struggling with similar problems which start at that age and continue into adulthood. It will help them make good choices. It reveals situations that had an impact on me. The result was I became an advocate for mental wellness. Detailed is the work that I did.
