The lights are on at the Singleton vacation home on Lopez Island, Washington, illuminating the horror within. Scott Singleton, former NFL-star-turned-television-evangelist, lies dead. Blurb sounded good, the author tried to weave multiple story lines but didn’t pull it off. The bulk of the energy was spent on the mid section and the menacing character was the stand out - creepy and vile, but believable. Detoured from the other storyline too much.
Unsatisfactory and really discouraged me from trying any other books by the author
