I thoroughly enjoyed this series and the bonus epilogue, it was nice to see a different hero depicted other than the typical ‘gods’.

The story in and of itself was great and I enjoyed the overall plot with the female protagonist.
I fast forwarded all the sex scenes. They didn’t add anything a more subtle innuendo would have provided. I just wanted to get back to the story rather than the in-depth narrative of the sex scenes.

I’ve listened to this author’s other books. Thought I’d try this series. Although the idea of the story was novel and cool, and I bonded to Ari, I was unable to become attached to the other characters. After a while it just seemed to become monotonous. Speaking of which the female narrators voice was also quite monotonous at times and I’d find myself falling asleep.

A story of the Gods with some twists. A delightful story to listen to. Female narrator was brilliant, male narrator was a little hard in places to understand, but you got the gist so it didn’t overly affect the story.

It's as if it's been pulled from Wattpad and split into multiple books without being edited. The world building is non-existent and there was absolutely no depth to the main characters which is disappointing as they all have potential to be great. Reading this honestly feels like they just scribbled a bunch of ideas down and called it a day!
