I had to restart this audio book a couple of times (kept getting interrupted) and the time lapse sequences made me a little confused initially, but once I got some peace and quiet I settled in and then disappeared into this story ... and stayed hooked right til the end. I am an avid fan of Joshua's. great readers too.

Loved the story and the alternating viewpoints. The American veil slipped at times, shame editing didn’t pick up on clearly non-US words such as bonnet, bin, car park. It was a bit of a distraction along with the narrator’s accent slipping frequently. But a great story that kept me guessing til the end.

I love a good stand alone book. It took a few chapters to get accustomed to the narration and I felt like it was read in bullet point for a bit when Nick was narrating. Overall though the plot was good and kept me guessing to the end. I look forward to the next book by this author.
