Story and performance moved me the place and time.

If you could sum up The Witching Hour in three words, what would they be?

Wonderful, moving, romance

What other book might you compare The Witching Hour to and why?

It's hard to compare to other authors because all of Nora Roberts books are great and beyond comparison.

Have you listened to any of Joyce Bean’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Not sure but I wish she performed all audio stories.

ANOTHER ROBERTS GREAT

This book was enchanting. Even though you know the ending, the middle is so worth hearing to see how they get to the end, from the middle. So to speak. Very good and interesting.

WRITE A SERIES - PLEASE

Absolutely enjoyed this audible. I was hooked from start to finish. This would be a great series, let's hope it turns into one. Not a long listen, but story was full, not rushed and detailed. Narrator was great.

Fun and Magical

Another fun book with a powerful woman at the helm. I love the literary change towards strong women heroes. Yes, it is a book that has been around a few years, just 13 really, and in the overall scope of things, a short time. It is a happy, light weight book that I much enjoyed, and perhaps that is where the magic comes in, through very real possibilities.

Entertaining

Would you listen to The Witching Hour again? Why?

It was a decent read. Not as gripping as some of her other books. A nice short read. The reader's voice kind of bugged me. I don't think I'd read it again.

What didn’t you like about Joyce Bean’s performance?

It was a little cheesy and her voice is rough on the ears.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No.

Any additional comments?

Good book while commuting.

Agree, a series would have been good possibly with this the climax

Story was good but needed to be fleshed out more. Would have been good to have the back stories supported.

Such a great author! Love all of her books so far. Always on the look out for books I haven't read yet.
