An absolute delight

Lolly Adefobe had done an amazing job! I had purchased and returned the previous version that was narrated by Miranda Richardson. That version was unbearable. The way Miranda did the voice for the Grand High Witch made my ears bleed. It was awful.
Lolly’s version is an absolute delight to listen to and I hope she narrates more books!

Even though I'm an adult - I was entertained!

I listened to an audiobook by the American poet, Robert Bly, called The Human Shadow, which is on Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung's Shadow Self. In this reading, he referred also to Jung's archetypes, and said that one of the useful archetypes that men tend to repress is the Witch.

He suggested that reading about witches was a good starting point for integrating that part of your shadow.

So here I am, listening to my first book about witches. I shall progress to more adult readings following this audiobook, but nevertheless, this reading on Roald Dahl's Witches was a fun starting point for my shadow integration process!
