Summary

There is a dark full moon on midwinter's day. The foretelling has come to pass. Rulke the Charon is unstoppable now. Karan is held captive in desolate Carcharon tower. What stood out for me most of all was the narration! The way Grant Cartwrite brought the characters to life was beyond exceptional!! Every character was immediately identifiable through the way he voiced and expressed them all. Im in awe of the way he is able to keep so many people alive at once and seamlessly transition between them! Great listen! I cant wait to hear more.

I have always loved this series, both physical copies and now digital. The detail to characters is unparalleled. Grant captures the essence of this, however, someone get this man a glass of water. The swallowing sounds between paragraphs can be quite distracting.
