Compelling but the end was unsatisfying.

I really enjoyed this for the most part. I didn’t want to stop listening and finished it in less than a day.
But I felt that the set up just didn’t quite deliver what I was expecting in the end.
Marian was an interesting character, but I was hoping from more from her, or a bit more of a climax in the story.

The narrator was fantastic !
