Not even worth $2
Yes, this “book” is only $2 and 45 minutes long, but it is not worth the price, nor the price of the 45 minutes I just wasted on it. I felt like I was listening to an essay a 5th grader wrote, rather than a book. Had absolutely no reasoning to back up any of her points, and the worst part is it had absolutely NOTHING to do with anything at all about accomplishing anything in 7 days! Seriously, not one thing. She actually spoke a few times about how long it takes to declutter, simplify, and change your lifestyle. Two thumbs down on this one. 👎🏼👎🏼

WARNING: author's personal lifestyle/religion here
If you're like me, an hour of my time is worth more than the cost of this book, ergo I would have paid the same amount to not have spent any time at all on even finding this book.
Biggest irritation ......Audible should require a warning prior to purchase that "this book contains religious / personal lifestyle choices of the author disguised as a self help program."
Next, I object to an author telling me I should help minimize my children's lifestyle, which I already agree with, then "suggest" I get rid of their toys and games except perhaps the ones that teach them coordination. First, why not also the learning games? Worst offense, what about a child's favorite game and or toy? How about working with the child to decide what's most important to them and what they don't really need or use?
All my objections boil down how patronizing the author is. I don't think there is one fresh idea mentioned here and any that MAY have been fresh were so common sense I couldn't believe she actually put them in a book!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. That's what I get for trying some self help.....back to my Sci Fi books.
