I already feel more supple

I work from home and now that it’s hard to get to the gym, my body began to tighten up and I developed poor posture and didn’t know what to do about it. I came across this book and so relieved I did because it provides the best workouts to perform at home for free. I love it and recommend it to everyone!

Perfect for being stuck at home

Since covid has closed so many gyms, I love this approach to the gym-less workout. The chapter about targeting different muscles is great since I seem to neglect certain muscles and just use the same ones over and over. This step by step guide is great for anyone new to bodyweight training and many great tips even if you aren't new to this idea. You should read this and give it a try, you'll be amazed at how good you feel.

Informative Resource on Bodyweight Training

I came across this audiobook bundle “The Ultimate Calisthenics Collection: The Gym-Less Workout + Use It, or Lose It” which is great because I liked the idea of having a Gym-Less Workout. With this audiobook I am able to have a resource on improving on my fitness goals. The lesson on having a routine perfect for targeting any strain or pain is one that stood out to me.

You Need This, Especially In Our Current Times!!

This has been heaven sent! I have been working from home for the past year and with the gyms being closed I have been finding myself less flexible and losing muscle & power. To be able to get both the gymless workout & use it or lose it has been a no brainer. As well, Milo provides us with even more value by adding a free workout planner to help us track our workouts and stretching routines. Thank you Milo this has been one of the best calisthenics workouts I've had to date, it's impressive how much of a sweat you can get by working out using your own body weight.

Very Informative guides

I enjoyed both the stretching guide and the workout guide that helps us to be in shape without a gym. This is a Well-researched, Simple, clear, and easy to follow audiobook that explains flexibility and bodyweight training exercises. Now, I can do my exercises whenever and without leaving home. We all are aging and we will develop several body pains and stiff muscles along the way and to keep our body function and flexible, I recommend this audiobook.

Stretch and strengthen the right way

Bad location, lack of funds, and limited time. Even before lockdowns were a thing, it has always been hard for me to stay consistent with my workouts. I was of the mind that gyms were the only place I could exercise and that barbells were the only way to stay fit, but if I had the slightest excuse to not go ("I'm tired from my all day sedentary sit-down job" or "Meh, it's Winter and it's too dark to go outside" or something like that) I would not go. The conditions had to be perfect, which we know they never are. If not for the pandemic, I would have never figured I could just work out at home. But with so much calisthenics and flexibility information and misinformation floating around the web, I got overwhelmed and it took me forever to get out of information-collecting mode and off my butt. So I am glad to have come across this audiobook. It details the best bang-for-your-buck bodyweight exercises and stretches in an easy-to-follow format. They are simple, well explained, and have many variations and progressions to keep me busy for a long time. I might never go back to the gym again, even once it reopens. I can just save time and money by exercising in my hallway.

Great collection!

I loved this collection! I listened to both books separately and decided I was going to download the bundle as well.. I haven't regretted that decision at all!

I don't like going to the gym at all but I do enjoy spending time outside, in nature. I now have lots of workouts I can do outside instead of paying for a gym subscription. Love it!

Gym yourself!

Living locked up in california - with all the gyms closed - left me scouring amazon for a good book to help me back in shape. These audio set saved me! It explains so much and how not to get hurt, but walks you through the exercises. It inspired me - i can do it~! I highly recommend these books. The best way to fend off this pandemic is to be healthy and in good shape.

An amazing workout bundle!

This bundle is the best of both world's. It combines 2 books in 1, which is fantastic value. The first book is all about body weight movements to build strength and muscle. The second book is filled with fantastic stretching and flexibility tips and tricks. It's truly a fantastic health bundle and couldn't recommend it more. The narration is also really well done! Get in shape and feel better with this bundle!

Excellent Workout Guide

This bundle is all you need to get in great shape from the comfort of your own home. The first book has a great selection of exercises for both beginners to a more advanced schedule. It is complimented then by the second book with a variety of stretching techniques. Perfect guide to keep fit without the gym.

Easy to follow guides!!

These books are great!! I will be sharing them with my brother who is always saying he will start going to the gym but never actually signed up to any.

I am inspired to follow this program at home, the simple and clearly set put instructions are easy to follow and I can do them at my own pace and level.

The author has done an amazing job at making these books accessible for the masses as you don't have to be a gymnast to understand the language or the instructions that have been simplified, such as, how many of each stretch or sitting up you need to do depending on what level of fitness you are at.
No matter what your level, you will find what you need to start the getting fit routine!!

Gym-Less Workouts Are Gems!

This bundle is a gem! 2020 is quite a year. With many gyms are either closed or have limited capacity, I find this audiobook quite useful. I haven't done much bodyweight training besides push-ups here and there and this book opens my eyes to a ton of exercises that I can do without having to go the gym! I also enjoy the chapters on stretching. We all are aging by the days and keeping your bodily function and mobility is very vital for long term health.

I saved time ,money

I am already working out from home ,since I have no choice in my city still the gyms are closed, god’s knows when they gonna open again, I find this book on the right time this book teach me how to workout from home in easy way-step-by-step using my body weight without equipment ,I’ve been working out from home couple of months now, I’m already seeing the results in my body ,I saved time , money implementing the teaching I learned from this great book

A professional guide!

I used to play handball on a high level when I was younger for 14 amazing years, so I got some clue about workouts, stretching and different kind of stuff how to make your body and yourself better. All about I can say about this bundle that is one of the best workout bundle which I ever listened or read in my life. Thanks for this I got even more motivation now to move my body at the moment at least at home but YES this books tells you how to do it "gym-less". Very well done!

I literally quit my gym after listening

I am so excited because I am going to save 50$ a month. So this book has helped me save potentially hundreds of dollars. I am moving to cancun Mexico right next to an outdoor gym in the city. I can't wait to apply the methods that this book gave me in my new lifestyle. Also, this is literally one of the best books about calisthenics I've ever read. I have tried many other books but none went as deep as this book. The narrator is also extremely skilled!! Do yourself a favor and try this book. Your wallet will thank you.

Great for the fitness industry

I saw this bundle and honestly thought it was a no brainer. As a person who has been massive into fitness their intire life I'm happy to listen to this audio which is full of jems about the proper and more effective ways to train. Different exercise and different techniques which can be used to increase its intensity! I loved this book from start to finish and have start implementing certain exercise to my routine. This is well researched audiobook and give me confidence as the author does a great job of outlining the benefits. My gril friend love the second part to the bundle and felt it was a great starting point for her.

Job well done. Great value for money. I look forward to the next audiobook

It makes me proud of myself.

It is just hard to stay at home during this pandemic, but thanks Lord, books like this one make self-care easier: I love taking care of myself by doing some good workouts and then stretching my body.
