A good read. Well narrated. Some over the top love scenes that I skipped through. Just as good as some of the better known authors.

A great story with lovely characters

Having such a brassy heroine made for an interesting story, it was amazing to listen to the way the story advanced between her and the hero, especially when the tale was read by one of the better actors. I don’t think I could have been as adventurous as she heroine back in that time but it was a refreshing change from the usual stories in that era. Listen to it if you dare.
