Carlos was walking down the street minding his own business. It's something he tried very hard to do. Minding his own business, that is. That and staying under the radar. But what he saw, he couldn't ignore. A little girl was being dragged toward the open door of a van. The girl resisted. The kidnapper slapped her to the ground.
