About this listen

Children's Fiction Fantasy Adventure: The Time Twins & The Magic Crystal is Part Two of The Time Twins series where Jack & Abbey's adventures see them meeting many more wonderful characters and solving the puzzles and mysteries of Oakland.

Clutching the chess box, Abbey stepped on the Red Queen's square and gazed into her eyes, but she could hear music and voices coming from above. She turned and looked up and noticed a spectacular chandelier hanging there and as she stared beyond it she could see a balcony surrounding a hallway above her.

Suddenly hundreds of faces appeared at the balcony staring down at Abbey in fancy dress masks. One of them was a young woman, who waved frantically at Abbey. Then two masked men appeared at her side and pulled her violently away from the rail. Distracted by the warm breath of the Red Queen, Abbey became hypnotised by her eyes. She heard the young woman scream, ‘Help me, please help me,' but it was too late, the floor opened and they disappeared in a flash…

Who was the young woman? Why did she desperately need, Abbey's help? Now it's time to find out…Will the twins succeed in helping her? Only time will tell!
