Absolutely loved listening to this book. Great characters and great storyline and ex-husband really did get karma in the end, which I loved.

I think the author is a female teenager who doesn't understand an adult or man at all.
The female main character thinks and behaves like a teen, not like a 40+ old lawyer with two teen daughters.
The male main character is either gay or a woman himself. That's not how a man acts or thinks.
The book is like a teenage fantasy.

Not my usual read just wanted something to help me sleep. I found the story predictable and the main character to be very unlikeable and immature but like I said it's not my genre so may suit someone who likes a feel-good love story.
