The characters are flawed endearing and beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed this book which left me with a fresh perspective on my relationship with my parents and their ‘home country’, having immigrated to Australia from Asia. My thanks to the Author.

I enjoyed the story but regretted listening to this version as the reader was less than adequate. you colud hear herbreatg at every pause and her tone was offputting.
